Mono B is a studio apartment that accommodates 2 guests and it`s on the second floor of a three-unit complex in Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò.

on the first floor and where it is possible to park the car.

double sofa bed. Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower and the
balcony with outdoor dining area and view on the sea.
The apartment is on the first floor of the complex Villa Cieloazzurro.

building Villa Cieloazzurro is in a residential area in Sant`Isidoro,
near Nardò, 300 meters away from the beach establishment.
The seaside
location is very lively during Summer, with many amenities and
fish-based restaurants. Moreover, the villa is close to Porto Cesareo,
which is only 6 kilometers away.



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
