Cute beach house, amazing location

This was a great house for a friends reunion. Lots of host provided amenities, ample parking and a lovely front and rear yard. We loved being so close to the beach, the garage with games was a great bonus, and the outdoor grill & patio dining area were perfect for our group.

We loved this little cottage so much. It's sturdy, clean, well-cared for and equipped and the location cannot be beat. We enjoyed having the freedom to visit the beach on a whim or escape back home in seconds during a rainstorm. The back yard is an extra benefit. Highly recommended!

Great Location

I stayed here with a group of friends for short trip. The house was so cute! lots of space for people to sleep and we loved the main living area was big enough for everyone to hang out. It wasn't beach weather while we were there but one night we took the short walk over to the beach and it was lovely! The location is also great, close to bars/restaurants and only a short 20 min drive to downtown Newport! I would stay here again!

Perfect family vacation!

My family (2 kids under 3, parents, grandparents) enjoyed this house so much. The location was perfect, literally across the street from an uncrowded beach. Quiet neighborhood which was appreciated with the little ones. Close enough to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants. Communicating with the owner was easy and everything that was noted in the listing is accurate. Looking forward to another stay at this great house.

lovely beach cottage

Our group of four adults, a teen, and two other kids stayed at this lovely and well-appointed cottage. We've been coming to Bonnet Shores for several years, and this house was the nicest we'd ever stayed at. Although the house is not large, every room maximizes its space, and so we felt we had plenty of room for everyone. The owners have included lots of amenities (fluffy bath towels, shower toiletries, coffee pods, dishwashing detergent, nice linens on the beds), which made our stay extra relaxing. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. The location of the house is outstanding - we merely had to walk a few steps to reach the beach boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we booked our reservation for 2024 before we finished our 2023 stay. I highly recommend this cottage!

Really nice little cottage just by the beach access at Kelly Beach. The bathrooms are a bit dated but they are clean and everything else was great! Garage is a fun little play house for the kids.

Friends' Getaway Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway to relax and regroup in this lovely home in an idyllic location just right for our needs. Quiet and peaceful in winter it made for a most refreshing experience. Walks on the sandy beach across the street and in the beautiful neighborhood or kicking back in the comfortable beach house with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property next to beautiful beach

I wish that we could have stayed longer in this lovely little cottage next to Kelly Beach! The accommodations were perfect with beds for 9 people in this 3 bedroom house. The outdoor grill and table were perfect for our late dinners and hanging out. We made good use of the bluetooth speaker provided in the kitchen! And we took lots of walks on the beach, thanks to the entrance being right across the street. We definitely can't wait to stay again. It seems like a perfect place to stay in all seasons.

The house is clean and well maintained. The beach is clean and extremely close. The host provided a ton of supplies from household items to beach / kids toys and games. We really liked the beach wagon cart to move all of our beach stuff to and from the house.
