Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this location. Many exciting things are within walking distance as we are located in one of the most popular areas - 5 Points in East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away as well. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis readily available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Music City has to offer!

Please note you do have to go up stairs to get to this condo as no elevator is available.

No car needed - we are walking distance to many things! The airport is only about 15 minutes away. Downtown Broadway bars is 1.9 miles away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
