We hope you feel at home in our well-appointed studio, close to all that Nashville has to offer. Enjoy a day or night out on the town then come back and soak up the nostalgia. Kick off your boots, cozy up with a magazine or gather round the table for a game of Jenga. Just make sure you turn on the AM/FM radio & pop in a Werther's caramel.
The space
Our condo is situated on the 2nd floor of our building off of 8th Ave. in Melrose, a hip neighborhood, close to downtown. Quick walk or bike ride to the best that Melrose and 12 South has to offer, as well as a short walk or bike ride to the new soccer stadium. Hop in an Uber and be downtown in minutes.

Our condo is a perfect place to stay during your time in Nashville! It is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and is a wonderful option for couples' getaway, girls' trips / small bachelorette parties, staycations, remote work alternatives, or for small families, just to name a few.

LOCATION:
Our condo is located on the second floor of a building called 'Studio 1’ and just over 1 mile from the core of downtown Nashville. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town (including walking / biking distance to the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods.

THE POOL:
There is a fantastic community pool. The pool is open for your enjoyment late-Spring through late-Summer/early Fall.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the free parking
onsite, all common areas, the pool, the laundry room, etc.

Access the condo via keyless entry. Unique code will be given with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival.
