Morning light spills through wide windows as the Nashville skyline stretches across the horizon, the city’s rhythm quietly unfolding below. From the comfort of an open living space, you can start the day with coffee and a view before heading out to explore nearby music venues, cafés, and neighborhood spots. As evening settles in, return to a calm setting where city lights glow against the skyline.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms offer space to unwind after a day exploring Nashville. Each bedroom includes soft bedding, storage for your belongings, and its own en-suite bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy during your stay. The home features three beds in total and can accommodate up to eight guests, making it a convenient base for friends or families traveling together.
Living area
The open-concept living room is designed for gathering and relaxation. Large windows frame views of the Nashville skyline while natural light fills the space during the day. Comfortable seating invites quiet evenings in, whether you’re watching TV, sharing stories from the day, or taking in the city view as the sun sets. Exercise equipment is also available for guests who want to stay active without leaving the apartment.

The kitchen provides a functional space where you can prepare meals at your own pace. Whether starting the morning with coffee or cooking dinner after a day on Broadway, the kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather and enjoy time together indoors.

The apartment includes heating, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan to keep the space comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with bedroom and laundry essentials to help make longer stays easier.

Guests also have access to shared amenities within the building, including a pool and a shared gym in building. An elevator provides easy access throughout the property, and paid parking on premises is available for $25 per night.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.
3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.
5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
