This chic Nashville townhome is located just 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville, where you can find Nashville's rich culture, delicious food, and robust nightlife! Don't forget to check out Music Row, the heart of Nashville's entertainment industry!



The Space:

Located on the 2nd floor, the living room features stylish decor and comfortable seating around a Smart TV. Here, you can access the 2nd floor balcony and enjoy your morning coffee outside!



The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and much more to make you feel right at home. Cook up homemade meals and enjoy conversations about your day around the dining table for 6. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4.



There are 2 bedrooms located on the 3rd floor. The 1st bedroom holds a Queen bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd bedroom similarly has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The last bedroom is on the 1st floor by the entrance and has a Queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom on the 1st floor.



There is a 2 car garage available. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown!



Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear.

This place was awesome. Great location close to downtown and with the three bedrooms, enough personal space for everyone. Upon check in, we had an issue with the door code so had to wait outside for a little bit, but we eventually received a new correct code and the everything else went smoothly. The option to pay 50 for 2pm check out was also well worth it. Overall, great place!

Perfect Nashville Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Short uber ride to airport, shopping and Broadway. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. The host was super prompt in all communications before and after our trip! The only thing that would have been nice would have been to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house. With a house full women we like to see how we look from head to toe!

Excellent Interior

Interior is very nice -- spacious. Exterior is ok. Not the greatest neighborhood, but did not feel uneasy. Convenient location to mansions, shows, etc. Not any good restaurants nearby - takes 15 - 20 minutes to decent restaurants. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom, plus half bath off dining room. Lots of stairs from 1st to 2nd to 3rd floor. 3rd floor bedrooms very nice with walk-in closets and on-suite bathrooms. 1st floor bedroom smaller,with a closet and bathroom right around the corner. Nice to have a garage, so felt safe for car. Overall, recommend that this is a good stay.

Nash trip 2023

We arrived later (almost 7pm) so it was dark and the location by GPS is not exactly accurate. We had mixed group guys/girls. I would have been scared if it was only women. Unit number should be stated and just clarify location/directions. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect space for what we needed! I would definitely chose this property again! Thanks!!

Wish We Could’ve Stayed Longer

Great property! I’d definitely stay here again! Pros: The layout fit our needs perfectly. I loved the fact that the bedrooms were on separate levels of the house. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room area and front deck were on its own level, so if someone got tired they could escape to a bedroom either upstairs or downstairs and not be disturbed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The attached 2 1/2 car garage was great. The house was nicely decorated with a very bright and clean concept. Cons: It’s a tri-level home so there are lots of steps. Totally worth the trade-off though. Living room rug was badly stained so we just rolled it up and hid it until we left.

Positives: The second floor is very cutely decorated, not a lot of seating in the living area (space wise). The kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. Negatives: First, I sent a question about safety which went completely unanswered leading up to my reservation, supposedly the local team never got back to the out of state company. đŸ€·đŸœâ€â™€ïž Unprofessional and Customer Service points lost. Next, it’s not located in the best area and there no lights outside the property besides what’s on the porch, which means you walk from your Uber or Lyft in the dark which is unsafe. Also, there is an ant problem which the owner must be aware of because there was spray under the sink. We discovered this on day two even though we cleaned the kitchen they had gotten into bakery items which all had to be discarded and were on the couch and table. This was a short trip, so the ants had been there prior to us. There isn’t a full length mirror which sucks! There are some things randomly stored and the home could use some paint and some shortcuts were taken to save money when building. There was a hole in one of the doors and some other little things that need repairs. The four digit code didn’t work and the property was so hot. Especially the 2nd and 3rd floor, it was like a sauna at some points. Lastly, there is a rooster at the home beyond the complex (woke us all up super early). The fact that we could clearly hear it, the walls are thin. Overall, the property is okay and provided the basic needs for the trip. The lack of communication prior to the trip and issues during the trip, I wouldn’t book agin.
