Nestled in the serene woods, escape and discover the beauty of Franklin from this 3-bedroom lodge. DeerRidge Lodge offers a cozy retreat for nature lovers and peace seekers alike. We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee upon booking. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed and TV, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and hair dryers, guests can relax and unwind. The lodge also offers a living room with a comfy sofa bed for additional space. A fully stocked kitchen gives any cooking lover everything needed to prepare a meal or appetizers, prepare holiday dinners, even bake cookies or cupcakes.

The Lower Lounge is a cozy fun space to enjoy a card game, watch your favorite sports team or a movie with a large Smart TV. Adults and kids will have a blast in the game room located in the Lower Lounge. The game room is equipped with a basketball hoop, foosball, and board games. Enjoy the hot tub located on The Lower Lounge deck along with plenty of seating and corn hole game boards. The Lower Lounge offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. The best part, you don't have to go upstairs for a beverage or coffee. The Lower Lounge has its own kitchenette with wet bar and a coffee station.

Our charming lodge cabin blends rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring warm wood interiors, a wood burning fireplace, 3 spacious decks perfect for outdoor entertaining, relaxing in the swing, reading in the chaise lounge, and stargazing in the evenings. The back deck offers picnic table seating, fire pit, rocking chairs, and BBQ for the grill master in the group.

Surrounded by towering trees and the gentle sounds of wildlife, it's an ideal escape for hiking, unwinding, or simply soaking in the beauty of Tennessee countryside. DeerRidge Lodge was beyond our wildest dreams! From the moment we walked up the steps to the grand upper level deck and saw the swinging bench, rocking chairs and viewed the calm quiet beautiful view - we were in love. The home feels like a chic lodge with exquisite taste in decorating and every detail ties in with the theme of woods. The host had a beautiful Christmas tree and lovely green garlands on the mantle and all around which added so much beauty. Every room felt large and roomy and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Everything in the home is of a very high quality - especially the showers and bathtub and sinks. The beds were very comfortable and the lodge is very very quiet. The back deck was so much fun with twinkle lights and the automatic fire pit and grill. Our children and grandchildren adored the game room, cozy blankets everywhere, giant lower level room with plenty of windows and light and games. The hot tub was a bonus as well as the location - only 8 minutes or less from downtown Franklin. We had wood fires each nigh in the stone fireplace sang Christmas songs and could not have been happier with this place to stay. We all HIGHLY recommend it for your family and hope to come back. The host was incredibly gracious, attentive and responsive.

Our stay at DeerRidge was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and has everything needed. It was perfect for our four adults and two young children. House is immaculately clean, very comfortable with high end appliances and modern bathrooms. Wonderful kitchen if you enjoy cooking, open to spacious dining and living rooms. Stylish bar area fully equipped for cocktail hour. Lower level is perfect for tweens and teens with a great game room. Great communication with host. Our entire stay was a pleasure. Everything about Deer Ridge Lodge is exceptional ! It was the perfect place to meet our son's family for a mini vacation. The 7 of us had a delightful stay and we were fortunate to take in the Friday evening portion of Bluegrass on the Harpeth in the Center of Franklin. The teens had lots of fun in the game room and we took turns playing cornholes. My husband was a happy camper to be able to relax in the hot tub regardless of the hot weather. Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Every bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like a luxurious spa—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a s’mores setup, a full coffee bar (complete with hot chocolate!), and other little surprises that made it feel extra special. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for our trip to Nashville. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier rental experience!

If I could give this place 100 stars I certainly would! This is by far the best ever Vrbo we have stayed in. Our family had the best time. The game room and board games were a hit! We even had some beautiful visitors on Saturday morning. We now know why it is called DeerRidge Lodge! The house was very clean and so nicely decorated! The kitchen was very well stocked, and the S’mores were an added Sweet Treat! The host was quickly to respond if we messaged her for any reason. You will not be disappointed with this place! We will definitely be back! 🦌

Ten out of ten stars !

Great private and peaceful property. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. The s’mores kit was a nice treat we wished we had more time for. Especially loved the comfortable beds, cornhole set and rocking chairs. A Walgreens and Target are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this stay to others. Thanks for a great stay! We look forward to staying here again.
