One of our favorite traditions is "bring a bottle, leave a bottle" with the wine fridge. Bring a bottle to leave, and take a bottle left by a previous guest. We’ve seen wines arrive from Portugal, Spain, Italy, California, and beyond, making every stay a little different. (Please note that if the previous guest doesn't leave a bottle, the wine fridge might not be stocked for your stay. Please be a good community member to everyone and only take a bottle if you leave one yourself.)

Prefer cocktails? We’ve stocked quality barware and glassware so you can mix your favorite drink before heading out or after coming home from Broadway.

We love welcoming well-behaved dogs! To help keep The Espresso House beautiful for all guests, please review our pet policies before booking.

• Maximum of one (1) dog.

Additional pets require prior approval before booking.
• Pet fee: $100 per stay (covers additional cleaning).
• House-trained dogs only.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in the home unless they are securely kenneled/crated.
• Please keep pets off the beds and upholstered furniture. If your dog is accustomed to furniture, please bring your own protective blanket or cover.
• Please wipe muddy paws before entering the home.
• Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste.
• Please disclose any accidents or damage immediately so we can address them promptly.
• Excessive pet hair requiring extraordinary cleaning or any damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges through Airbnb.
