Jeremy was great! The home was awesome! The pics does the home no justice! it was absolutely beautiful and very spacious! My family and friends enjoyed the home! The view from the deck looking over the lake was breathtaking! We had 1 minor issue with the WiFi and Jeremy made a very nice accommodation! The home overall was excellent and very very clean! I will definitely rent the home again! Also, the backyard is nice for children to play in! The home is located near many shops and restaurants.

Gorgeous lakefront property!!

We had an amazing stay in Jeremy’s lovely lakefront home. It was very spacious and very clean. Jeremy was great on communication and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed the very large back patio and fire table and chairs. Design was very elegant and no attention to detail was spared. There was more than enough room for all of us. We will definitely be back for another stay next time we visit Nashville, which was only about 20 minutes away. Highly recommend this lovely experience to anyone looking for a very nice getaway. Couldn’t be happier!!

Family trip

We had a wonderful weekend. Jeremy was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were taken care of. The kitchen sink stopped up and I let him know. He immediately had a plumber on the way and it was fixed in no time. The view of the lake was beautiful and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure.

Family Reunion 2024

This was the PERFECT home to host our aunts and uncles and of course the mother in law!!! Accommodations were spot on with a beautiful view of the lake along with deer and turkeys crossing the property everyday . Beds were great, kitchen was well equipped, TONS of room and very quiet. A+++++++

Perfect Stay for a Large Group

We had an incredible stay at Jeremy’s place! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 10—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful place! Very easy to find, fantastic location and perfect access to the lake. Every morning we woke to the peaceful view of several deer walking the backyard. Perfect family getaway

Highly recommend this location. The home was very clean and spacious. We had a small group but would perfect for a large group or family. There was a wonderful space downstairs that would be perfect for privacy. (Great space for family with kid's). Home was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities needed to enjoy stay. Beautiful lake view with outside deck for hanging out. Also, quite Neiborhood with very little traffic. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy 25–30-minute drive to downtown Nashville. We look forward to the next trips with family and grandchildren. We will be back!

WOW! Everything was perfect!

This property was spotless and spacious, exactly like described and incredibly relaxing. The back deck was perfectly shaded for back yard enjoyment even with midday heat. Location was fabulous, quick trip to opry or downtown or all kinds of shopping, grocery and restaurants options nearby. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend

Lakeside Paradise!!

Absolutely beautiful property ! Very clean and spacious! The water access is great for fishing. The property managers are friendly and easy to communicate with. On top of all that they are just a stones throw away from Indian Lakes. If I could give more than a 10 I would. Highly recommend!

Perfect space!

I was there with a group of ladies for a crafting retreat and we have several specific needs for our group. One has mobility issues and uses a scooter. The master bedroom and bath were big and perfect for her to move around. We had another who was there to bake a LOT of goodies. The kitchen was well designed for her to have counter space and the oven worked perfectly for her. There were also plenty of plates, silverware, glasses etc so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher multiple times a day. The majority of us used the living room and dining room to work on our projects. The space was very open and had great natural light during the day, and plenty of lighting for evenings. Everyone was impressed by the size and layout of the house. The weather wasn’t spectacular, so we didn’t get to use the nice deck off the kitchen. But it looked great and we would have lived to sit around the fire pit had the rain not soaked everything. The additional driveway space was great-we had a lot of cars. Since the garage was empty and accessible, we pulled two cars in, pulled two cars close tot he garage doors, one parked parallel behind those and one pulled into the “bonus” driveway space. Plenty of room. My only suggestion to make it even better for our particular group would be to make a couple of rooms have two twin beds or double beds so we could have had a bigger group and everyone could still have had their own bed. We will definitely look at this house again for future trips!
