This private apartment space is located in the dreamy, walkable neighborhood of 12 South! Here you'll be steps from the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and more!
The Space:
The Layout:
Through the front door, you'll find a sizable living room with tons of natural lighting for your downtime at home in this space. Connected to the living room is the dining room, followed by the kitchen, laundry room, and back porch area (with full a size washer and dryer) leading to the back yard. Just off the dining room, you'll also find a hallway leading to the bedroom with a full size bed, an office space (with a pull-out couch for your guests), and the full bathroom. This home is all on one level with no interior steps. Please note: This home is 100 years old, so the floors will creak and, at times, there may be a tenant in the upstairs unit. There is a door separating the first and second floor. Please note that the homeowner lives part-time in the upstairs apartment. The two sections of the home are completely separate, divided by a door, so your rental will be 100% private.
The Neighborhood:
Start your mornings by walking to Jeni's Ice Cream, Franklin Juice Company, or Portland Brew for some of Nashville's best, local ice cream, juices, and coffee. Next, get your on brunch at Five Daughters Bakery, and your mid-afternoon day drinking at Burger Up! Finally, finish off your night by chowing down on one of Nashville's hidden gems, Epice! Of course, please don't forget to up your shopping game by swinging by Marine Layer, Imogene + Willie, Finnleys, and some fun vintage finds at Savant Vintage! Don't miss taking your selfies by some of Nashville's most popular murals found in 12 South!

There is free street parking right outside of the home!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking and no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Guests will have 100% private access to the home as advertised.
