Don’t trust hotel.com photos.
For starters don’t waste your time using the online check in they email you. Wasted my time entering my info and card information to fill out paperwork with the same info when I arrived. The elevator makes some scary noises so maybe take the stairs. The Hotel appeared clean upon arrival until you look at the finer details. Sticky floors and things on the wall. Our feet were dirty after walking on the floor in our room. Room was outdated and things falling apart. Stains on bedskirts, food stuck to nightstand, peeling bathtub…I could go on. The pictures hotels.com are very deceiving I feel tricked and want my money back. Very thin walls. The family above us had people running back and forth late into night. When we finally had enough and asked the front desk for help we were told to “give them time to settle down.” The noise continued most of the night and we were woken up at 6am to it again. You could also hear traffic from the road inside the room. We had an item go missing from the back of our truck. When we called about this we were told they couldn’t look into it until Monday and didn’t ask for any information to follow up with us. One of the worst stays I have experienced. If you need an expensive stay with low expectations this is the place for you!
