My large cozy home is on a quiet street close to everything. It is only 5min from MTSU, Downtown, Stones River National Battlefield, Cannonsburgh, Golfing, Tons of Restaurants & Shopping, 10 min to Mid TN Expo Center, and many other attractions. It is close to interstate I-24 and interstate 840. There is a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, grill, patio, large flatscreen TV with Roku, premium beds, and WiFi. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, recreation room, enclosed patio, and outdoor patio. This house provides everything that you'll need. There is a full size washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron with ironing board, and fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and desk. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and twin bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 full beds. It is professionally cleaned after each reservation and all mattresses have mattress covers/protectors that are also cleaned. I provide all paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), linens, sheets, and towels. Want to bring your furry friend? This home is pet-friendly! There is a limit of 2 pets.
