To keep the hot tub in top condition and avoid malfunction, please agree to the following before booking:
- Always keep the lid on when not in use
- Maintain temperature between 96-98°F
- Do not turn off the breaker at any time.
Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee.

*Extended Stay Cleaning Fee*
Guests staying 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This fee is not included in the initial pricing and will be added to your booking as a separate charge.
