🏡 House Rules:
Please respect our wonderful neighbors and treat the neighborhood as your own. Outdoor quiet hours are between 9 PM and 6 AM. No parties or events are allowed, but bachelorette parties are welcome as long as all rules are followed. We have a strict no-open flame and no smoking policy, including candles. No pets are allowed. Any violation of these rules will result in a fine. A security deposit hold will be required and placed on your credit card after booking, along with a signed rental agreement.

🔒 Security Measures:
For your safety, the premises have exterior security cameras (not monitored for guest safety but used to enforce rental policies), and automatically locking deadbolts at each exit.

Refund Policy: A 3% administrative processing fee applies to all refunds outside of a 24 hour after booking cancellation. This covers non-recoverable credit card transaction costs incurred at the time of booking.
