Great stay! Loved the space and the location. Highly recommend. We worried about parking and there was no need, unloaded and parked in the parking lot right next to the building. We walked to Broadway with ease and enjoyed our time there without worries.

Everything described was accurate. Was a great location for Broadway. Plac was clean. The minor problem connecting to Sonos was fixed right away. Would definitely recommend. Having 3 bathrooms for 7 guys helps.

Perfect location for a quick Nashville getaway

We booked The Library for our daughters 21st birthday weekend in Nashville and I was perfect. Communication was likely the best I have has since using VRBO. The option to have early check in allowed us to enjoy a full day with no worries about booking a late flight or finding a place to store our luggage. The Library is easy accessible to Broadway and catching a ride share was always fast.The Library was perfect for the 3 couples and a few single ladies! Beds were comfortable, private rooms were great and the bunk area with all the lights for getting ready was perfect. The men enjoyed the pool table while the ladies glammed up! We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip and highly recommend this amazing loft! Next time we visit Nashville we will be booking The Library again!

Fantastic property

Amazing location and fantastic view of the stadium! Love the vibe of a city loft
 all around great property. The only part that is a little different is that bathrooms are not connected to any rooms, so with a group just need to be mindful and for those in bunks it could be challenging as not much room for storage and zero privacy, but we didnt use the bunks so it was perfect for us. We would stay again!

Amazing location - Super hip property!

We had 9 adults (two sets of parents and 5 kids in their 20's). This property offered a wonderful place for us all to gather and hang out in the morning and mid-day before heading back out to the bars! The main room is spacious with a ton of seating. The pool table was an added bonus and the Music City lights provided a great Instagram photo backdrop! The bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was a plus. There are a couple of downsides to this property but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. One is: whoever sleeps in the bunk room, needs to be aware of the bright exit sign that gives a red glow all night. The bunk room and one of the King rooms have a skylight so when the sun is up, so will you! (Bring an eye mask). The 2nd issue is: In order to get to the bathrooms, all of the other bedrooms connect through the bunk room. This was fine for us because we are all family but take note when booking. Those in the bunk room will have zero privacy. The 3rd is: The beds are super creaky - every time you roll over, it is really loud! Overall, this is an amazing place with a fantastic location and we would stay here again!

If you are looking for a place near Broadway, this is where you want to be. Just far enough away for the live music to not keep you up all night yet still only a short walk to all the rooftop bars. Wonderfully set up condo with all the amenities you could want.

Loved the place and location

My only complaint would be that I read the description of the property being 3 master suites, I believed that meant that each of those bedrooms had a bathroom in it. my bedroom didn’t even have a closet in it that I stayed in and you had to walk bye the area of the bunkbeds to get to the three bathrooms that are there in the house. It did work out OK but it was not what I had expected, and it is very noisy in the back bedrooms. also, the checkout time is 10 AM and that was a little rough and I was unable to get a late check out. The maids were waiting for us at 10. Hard to get 11 people that party all night out of a house that early. otherwise loved the location and the decor they offer a concierge service that I used to help celebrate my sons birthday and they were awesome. I ordered a cake and balloons. They helped me organize a private car and dinner reservations to alcohol being delivered to the house. That was definitely a plus.
