The balcony overlooks the Cumberland River, and it’s the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee (which is supplied) or end it with a sundowner. At mealtime, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast – or just a snack to fuel you on your explorations.

When it’s time to explore, check out Nashville by foot or bike: you’re right across the street from the Cumberland River Greenway, an 11.9-mile long trail that will take you into the heart of the Arts District to the south or Germantown and beyond to the north. Broadway is also only 1.7 from your vacation home. If you’d rather drive, you’re minutes from all of Nashville’s attractions. There’s a shared pool at the complex if you’d rather work on your tan all day.

When you return in the evening, bask in the central AC while you make dinner. Get comfortable on the sofa or one of the armchairs in the living room to stream your favorite shows, or watch TV from bed in the bedroom suite.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
