Nashville Weekend Vacation

My First Time to Nashville and will definitely be back and Stay Here Again. We Rented a car for our 3 day Mini vacation and this 2 Bedroom 2 Bath was Perfect for us. 12 min Drive from Airport. Thursday, visited Broadway which was a 3 mile Drive. Friday 5 mile Drive to Nissan Stadium for Morgan Wallen. Sunday 18 min Drive to Grand Ole Opry Tour. Just so much more to see and do. This property is centrally located and always had 3 different ways to travel. Property had everything we needed and More.

Perfect location, awesome stay!

Had a wonderful time staying here! The place was super clean, host was responsive and friendly, and everything was as advertised. It was also walkable to just about everything we needed and a short drive from the main strip in Nashville. 10/10!

Out of town guests had to clean up from someone else...

We arrived late, so it was hard to tell the parking situation. The directions were clear for getting into the apartment. Being careful of the first step was paramount, thank you. The beds were ok. Nothing fancy. The biggest concern - hair on the silverware and utensils not clean. The sink also leaked from both the left and right side, creating a river of water on the floor. Whomever 'cleaned' before us, left sinks clogged also in which it was evident that it was not very clean. I cleaned all our utensils and cooking ware as a result of what was left from previous people or whomever cleans. The only soap available was the hand soap, no dish soap, unless you used the dishwasher. Clearning up after ourselves became creative with supplies not available. Due to the cost and what I needed to do for our short stay, we will probably not be back.

This just worked great for us

We had tickets at TPAC. We got there a day early. Parking and entry were nice and easy. Rooms were great. The entire place was clean. We went to a local market and got things for a breakfast meals, snacks and drinks. We had all the dishes, pots & pans that we needed. After getting supplies, we took Uber / Lyft everywhere. The prices (based on time and demand) we’re anywhere from $9.50 to $26.00. (About the cost of 2 mixed drinks downtown!) There were concerts, hockey, and football that weekend so downtown was packed, so it was nice to get away from it and get back to the house to relax with a board game, have a few drinks and watch some TV. The owner took such care to make everything perfect, responded quickly to any questions; when we left we wanted to clean and pick up and do what we could to help out. We were very appreciative! Great Place - Great Owner.

The Best Property

This was the best property for us to stay in for our mini getaway with friends to Nashville. It is located in an area that was convenient to everything. The apartment was extremely clean! It was decorated so cute and was so comfortable for 4 adults to stay in. We ate several meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and spent time in the living room relaxing and playing games...both great rooms to hang out in! The bedrooms were large and I slept better here than I normally do at home! I texted the owner several times with questions, and she was extremely responsive and helpful! I will definitely be coming back to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location

We had an awesome few days. Our Vrbo experience was perfect. 3351 Acklen ave in Nashville is the perfect place to stay. It was the perfect location, very clean, owner made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We all highly recommend this location and we will definitely stay here and recommend for the future.

Had a great stay! Close to everything we needed to get to. Only minor inconvenience was the internet kept going out, so it affected the tv and wifi. And the wifi company was doing updates, so probably what made it go out. Other then that great stay!

Cute 2nd floor apartment, clean and convenient

Great location, close to downtown and local shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, large refrigerator, furniture to fit 4-5 in living room. Newly renovated so up to date. Would recommend shelves or hooks in bathroom, especially the small one. Lots of stairs as is 2nd Fl of house. Cute courtyard. Can only park 2 cars and no on street parking. Closest garage does not allow overnight parking- wish I had known before. Host responded to all questions.

Great location

We meet my sister and brother-in-law for a short vacation and picked them up at the airport which was a short 15 minutes from apartment. Place is very clean and quite. My husband is a big coffee drinker a larger coffee pot would have been nice, but managed with the Kreger.

Updated and great location

Uber was around $10 to downtown. Near parks and restaurants near Vanderbilt. The quaint house has a negative outdoor appearance with weeds and broken furniture out on the front porch, but the inside was modern, new, and clean. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location

Property was exactly the way it was described and pictures were spot on. The house was clean and cute. It is well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, bedding and throw pillows. It is about 2 1/2 miles from Broadway (Music Row). We walked to Broadway because it was all downhill and Ubered back, ya know because it was all uphill lol. There is a park about a 1-1/2 miles downhill that had live music and food trucks, which I guess they have most weekends during the summer. The property has off street parking and has a convenience/gas station super close also. The host was the best also! She answered all my questions within minutes. We somehow managed to lock ourselves out and when I messaged her, her response was sent back within minutes. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Nice west end neighborhood

A nice & comfortable upper level apartment. Seems like it was recently updated. Walking distance to many restaurants & only 1 1/2 miles to Centennial Park for a morning walk. Could use a few more kitchen items, which I’m sure they will follow up on. The host is quick to respond & very helpful.
