LOCATION:
Our condo is located on the top floor of a building called ‘Studio 1’ and just over 1 mile from the core of downtown Nashville. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town (including walking distance to the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville!

THE POOL:
We have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, the pool is only open for your enjoyment late-Spring though late-Summer. It typically closes around Labor Day...and is sometimes open later in the year if the weather is nice!

Traveling with more than 4 people? Ask us about other units that we own in the same building!

Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the pool, the laundry room, etc. Pretty much everything!

We live nearby and are always available to our guests at anytime via text, email, and phone. All our listing information is accurate and up-to-date. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications regarding your stay. You will have access to the entire condo. You will be given your own key code the week prior to your arrival for easy, seamless access to check-in & checkout. We live in town and are available to help you with all of your needs

This condo is located in the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods - which are 2 of the most popular, must-visit neighborhoods in Nashville. Within walking distance are shops, many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, a Walgreens and CVS, and just about everything else you need. Broadway, The Gulch, Green Hills, the famed honkytonks, and the heart of downtown are only a 5-minute drive away!

While this condo is walking distance from many of the must-do spots in town, Nashville is home to many Uber/Lyft drivers and the ever-popular rental scooter to help move you around.
