Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you may need. The pool and outside cabana was wonderful. Great way to start the day sitting outside. Very close to Baha Mar and not too far from town. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had such a fantastic vacation at Stefanos' place in Nassau! We couldn't ask for a more perfect location. The beach directly across the street from the house is nice an quiet and shallow, which was great for our toddlers to explore safely. It made it easy to alternate between hanging out by the pool and enjoying some beach time. Goodman's Bay park is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the house, which had water sports and a park for the kids.The house itself is in excellent condition and is very well stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. Plenty of pool/beach towels, every kitchen appliance and utensil you could need, and a large washer and dryer if you require it. Stefanos was very responsive to any questions we had and was very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay!

Bayshore Villa is an amazing place to call home base as you explore Bahamas. The space is clean, warm, and inviting. We spent tons of time in the pool during the day and in the spacious and comfy living room in the evening. Communication with Stefanos is a breeze. Owen is a great option for transportation. He took us everywhere from Paradise Island, to Fish Fry to BahaMar, and more. Also, Chef Everton is a MUST. He prepared the most delicious 4 course meal for us on our last night there. I would definitely recommend this villa. The kids are already asking when can we come back!

We loved your home and the location, so easy to get to and from. My son and grandsons loved the pool and there was plenty of room for the two grandmas, two adults and two grandchildren, actually one is 20 years old but the other is 8.

We had to clean and sanitize when we arrived because there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, dirty floors and some sheets were dirty. Bathroom also had someone’s eyelashes on the counter. We also couldn’t check in until after 6 but the price was still the same.

Our family of seven spent six days/five nights in New Providence. It was a memorable family vacation. The property is near local attractions and afforded us a beautiful view of the ocean within walking distance. The property is lovely with all the comforts of home. Great Location and Atmosphere

Stefanos was a great host. He was flexible with our check in/out times and quick to respond. The villa was clean, well equipped and better looking then the photos in my opinion. The location right off the beach was very convenient and with in 10 mts off Bahamar and nearby restaurants. I would absolutely suggest Stefanos and his Villa for a nice getaway in Nassau

This is an amazing VRBO. Exactly as described and photos but more. Immediately after booking until we walked out the door I couldn’t have asked for more. The home has been recently updated so everything is new but additionally the little things are also there
spices, JBL speaker for the pool, separate ice maker etc. I truly hope to make this house our go to each year for The Bahamas. The Host was THE BEST. Communication was immediate and he was proactive With all we may need. Maybe the best VRBO I have stayed in and I travel a ton. Highly recommend without reservation!!!!

Beautiful property

August 26, 2024. We stayed at this property for four days. The home is amazing and pool/backyard is gorgeous. Beach is 100 ft across the street. Jet ski rentals and another amazing beach is just 3 minutes drive away. Host was super friendly and attentive. We were allowed to check in way earlier and check out late. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning new and modern house in the Bahamas, and I can't rave enough about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sleek, contemporary design and the attention to detail in every corner of the house. Paradise in Paradise

This property was amazing. Spacious, well maintened, the view and location and most of all the Host! Stefanos was beyond incredible. He accomidated out ever request and needs. My family loved it and were completely in awe of how it looked inside and out. The pool was a hit and the living areas were fantastic. Iwoukd recommend this luxury stay to anyone world wide. You will not be disappointed. Oh and the ocean is a 60 second ealk across the road. Unbelievable property! Thank you Stefanos!

Incredible hidden gem!

This place is amazing, great location with a 30 second walk to a pristine and quiet beach !!! This was prime for us. The pool is modern and awesome. Lot of fun in the backyard. Incredible design in the house with a lot of attention to detail. You can tell they didn’t cheap out like people do with ikea stuff. This place has very thoughtful touches , my bed was super comfortable and the AC was ice cold. I’ll be back for sure.
