Resort???!!!
What enables a mediocre motel-like hotel call itself a resort? Surely there must be some minimum standard. This hotel has potential to be quite nice but should be advertised accordingly. I am not denying it was cheap but it doesn't mean it should be dirty. The room smelt, and contained a bed (queen room), air con, tv, fridge and ensuite bath. No towels, no wardrobe or light (except for central light controlled at the door). No wifi which is contrary to thier description. But beyond everything being basic (which is pretty much what I was expecting - with the exception of lack of towels) the floor was covered by linoleum which was sticky and dirty so that walking around was unpleasant. I only stayed one night, I chose not to use the restauarnt / bar on site but found one within a few minutes of the hotel - there are quite a few to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful although were unable to help with trying to get connected to wifi. Certainly wont be staying at CocoPlum resort again there are a number of other hotels at similar price that looked considerably better.
