Casa Eth Mur y Totiaran is a spectacular single-family house located in Val de Ruda, the best urbanisation in the Baqueira Beret area.



This is a high-end renovated house with first-class finishes and has an area of 300 square metres distributed across 4 floors.



On the ground floor is the main living and dining room area and kitchen, which has been carefully equipped and decorated by professionals. The dining table is for 10 people and additionally has a bar with 3 more chairs. The living room is completely exterior with access to a balcony with views of the Ruda Valley. All details have been considered, such as the climate control of the balcony so that it is usable during the snow season.



On the two upper floors is the rest area, distributed over two levels. On the first level there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with three single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the attic there is a bedroom with 4 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.



Going down a level from the main entrance, we find a living room, two bedrooms with single beds of 90 cm for 4 people, with full bathrooms inside the bedrooms with a shower.



Finally, in the basement, there is also a laundry area with cupboards designed for ski equipment storage. This superb house is complemented by two parking spaces and two ski storage lockers in the Pleta de Val de Ruda.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.



Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.
