We also provide our guests fully stocked bathrooms: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Gel and plenty of thick high quality towels.

Outdoor shower is available for your convenience after a day at the beach.

The extra large kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The over-sized island is a great family gathering spot!

You can also barbecue on our gas grill, and spacious deck space, for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The house is equipped with large capacity washer and dryer. We also provide our guests with laundry detergent.

Our private gated community offers our guests a private Santa Rosa Sound beach as well as a very well maintained swimming pool and hot tub. Swimming pool and hot tub are located just a 1 to 2 minute walk from the home.

Parking is limited to the garage and driveway ONLY.

NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED.

The home will accommodate parking for a total of four (6) vehicles: Two (3) in the front driveway (3) on the back driveway.

There are several owners closets that remain locked. Please do not attempt to open/enter them during your stay.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.

*After first warning for disruptive behavior.

*Bringing any type of pet into the home.

*Smoking in or around the home.

*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
