The top floor boasts a king-sized primary bedroom with a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a free-standing jetted tub and walk-in shower. The private balcony on this floor offers stunning views of the Gulf.

The washer and dryer are located on the second floor.

This non-pet friendly home has no carpeting in any of the bedrooms and is a smoke-free property. It is also not available for events. The minimum age to rent this property is 25.

Park up to 5 cars, with 2 covered parking spots, and enjoy the use of the gas grill, beach gear storage, and outdoor shower.

If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.

Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the house.
*Smoking/Vaping in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
