At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! Li'Am (leave them) Worries Behind is named for our son, Liam, and is the perfect family friendly beach home! Three bedrooms, 2 baths and this home is located in Navarre Beach, Florida's most relaxing beach! The master has a King size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with our bunk room. The bunk room features two bunk beds with twin size beds. All four walls and the ceiling in the bunk room are painted as an under the sea theme. The kids will love it! The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa available as well. Li'Am Worries Behind can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults, with max occupancy at 10 including children. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

Sometimes items may need repaired/replaced and may not be available. The golf cart is guaranteed with the beach package, everything else is extra. Refunds won't be given unless the golf cart is unavailable.

*This property has security cameras located outside, at each door.

*A signed rental agreement is required. We do collect an $500 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions. Pet fee is $100 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

*Violation of any house rule, including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

Booked a last minute trip after previous plans changed due to weather. This was the perfect space for our family. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, collect shells, visit Navarre, go on fishing charters and spend time at the wonderful house. Loved the open floor plan, game room, fire pit and play set. A great week in Navarre Beach!

We just spent 10 days at Li'am Worries Behind and we had such a great time. It is not what I would call luxurious accommodations but it is everything you need for a comfortable stay after a day out on the beach. - While the bedrooms are not huge, they had plenty of room to store our clothes and luggage. The beds were clean and comfortable and when the doors were closed you couldn't hear what was happening in the other rooms. - The TVs were easy to setup our own streaming services (Don't forget to Sign Out from them when you leave). - In the room with the bunk beds, a box fan was included and turned out to be a big help in keeping cool. We also always bring personal fans as well. - The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, a Keurig, etc. Be sure to bring your own spices, cooking oils, etc. - The propane grill was used daily and tanks were provided. - Washer and drier were fantastic - don't be surprised when you hear the 'gurgle' when the washer drains. It scared us the first time til we figured out what it was... :) - The extra beach towels were a nice touch - The house is 3 blocks from the public beach access. The "beach package" which includes the golf cart made it so easy to shuttle back and forth to the beach. - The boys loved the game room and we had Cornhole tournaments every night. - Didn't use the fire pit, but wood was provided Overall, a great place and we had a great time!

My family and I stayed at this property for the 4th of July. The house was big enough for the whole family with plenty of room. The commute to the beach was just a short walk away and was a very clean beach to go and hang out at. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone. Nice house for a family trip

Home is fully stocked with everything you can think of which is a bonus. Beds/living room furniture is comfortable. Owner responded extremely quickly to issue when checking in and was open to communication throughout the stay. A bit of a walk to the beach for those who may have mobility issues or very young children. Playground is a nice addition for the children of the group. Thanks!!

The perfect house in paradise

We absolutely loved everything about L’iam Worries Behind! Check in was easy and we loved not having to keep track of a key and having a code for the doors. This house was well stocked on bath towels, beach towels, dishes, utensils, kitchen appliances, etc. They also had a hairdryer in each bathroom which was really nice to have with 4 girls in the house. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Our kids loved the game room, outdoor play set, and fire pit area with swings. Perfect for a night of roasting s’mores. We paid extra for the beach package and though we were a block or so from the beach access, it was so handy having the golf cart for hauling all the gear. There was plenty of beach gear included in the beach package (wagon, buckets, nets, snorkels, shovels, boogie boards, shell catcher, bikes, etc) Jenna was a text away for any questions and was very helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

Disappointment

Stayed last September and was very pleased so we came back. Wrong decision. - electricity in bottom floor was off when we arrived. Maintenance was sent over but the fix was to turn off backyard string of lights. That is a concern. -bathroom outlets did not work so hair drying had to be done in living area. The ground fault for those outlets is defective. -the furniture in living room was very dirty and large dog urine stains on couch skirt. Good chance rug underneath was also stained. -bed in second bedroom had dog hair on spread, pillows, and on sheets. That bed had not been changed so we could not use that bed. This house went downhill fast. We will not stay a third time. The host has reimbursed the cleaning fee but this is insignificant compared to the total cost for 4 nights. We love the house and the location but we cannot accept dirty and electrical problems.
