Three bedrooms, a private pool, and a backyard built for slow evenings — 8.5 miles from Navarre Pier and the white sand of the Gulf. Grill dinner on the propane grill, gather around the propane fire table after dark, then head inside to the bar with two beverage fridges. Golfers are a mile from The Club at Hidden Creek, a Ron Garl–designed championship course. Sleeps 6 in a quiet, spacious home.

The layout works for families and small groups: a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room, with two full baths so mornings don't back up. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, and there's WiFi, TV, and free parking on-site.

Inside, the bar anchors the main living space, with two beverage fridges to keep everyone's drinks cold and close by. Outside, the private pool is yours alone — swim in the morning, float through the afternoon, then move to the propane fire table when the sun drops. The propane grill handles dinner without anyone leaving the party.

Please note that our minimum rental age is 25, and our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood where we prioritize tranquility. Quiet time begins at 10 pm, and we kindly ask that all guests be respectful of our neighbors, especially during after-hours.

We provide a complimentary starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, one dishwasher pod, one laundry detergent, and hotel-sized toiletries. These items are meant to get you started, and for longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Coastal Rep/Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
