Eine schöne Villa fĂŒr 8 Personen, mit privatem Pool, 150 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Auf der Eingangsebene Sie die Villa betreten ĂŒber die voll ausgestattete KĂŒche / Essbereich, Klimaanlage und DoppeltĂŒren fĂŒhren hinaus auf eine Gartenterrasse. Von der KĂŒche aus fĂŒhrt eine Treppe zum Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, EinbauschrĂ€nke, Klimaanlage und DoppeltĂŒr fĂŒhrt hinaus auf eine Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht. Es gibt auch eine Dusche mit WC. Von der KĂŒche fĂŒhrt eine Treppe hinunter zum doppelten Aspekt Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und 2 große DoppeltĂŒren fĂŒhren auf eine Terrasse am Pool, Garten und Pool. This was the perfect house for our week long stay in Naxos!! We were a party of 7 and the house was the perfect size (myself, my husband, four kids ranging in ages from 8-16, and my mother). We went out in the mornings on excursions and all my kids wanted to do was go back to the house and swim in the pool. We spent so much time at the house and we couldn’t have been happier. Everything was perfect from the interior to the exterior. I can’t say enough about the backyard with the pool, and the sunsets. So many happy memories were made here. We were all sad to leave. The manager David was awesome. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit, and he was spot on! The beaches were the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen and the food was delicious! I can only hope my future vacation homes will be just as amazing as this one!!

Lovely & Perfect Home

We are so grateful that we found this property. David went above and beyond at the beginning, middle and end of our stay. His communication was spot on and timely. David was flexible and accommodating with our travel arrangements which we greatly appreciate it. There was a mixup with our rental color. (we should have followed his advice!) & he David helped us while sort it out. Upon arrival to the property, David greeted us with a tour & fresh fruit, bread, water, milk, & a bottle of wine! The whole family appreciated this after our long journey. He also took the time to show us a map & give recommendations.The house is as described & photos are accurate. It is a modern, clean, and perfect place for a family. We used the pool throughout our stay, and it was very refreshing with incredible views. A few notes for families looking for the right house for them;-We have 3 teenagers so the lower two levels were perfect with their own space & privacy.-The master suite upstairs is an ideal getaway for parents with its own balcony & bathroom. For a family iwith young kids, know that the bedrooms are two floors away from the master.-beach access was clear and easy. One small beach about a 7 minute walk from the house, the larger one about 15 minute walk.-In the opposite direction is a hotel with a lovely restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner.

The property manager David could not be nicer and more attentive. The property was in a beautiful secluded area with enough room to sleep seven adults comfortably. David even helped us with some specific accomodations. Would definitely return!

holiday week with family

very nice villa in a panoramic position, nice and functional furnishings, excellent cleaning and assistance service in case of need. The villa is located in a very quiet residential complex, still close to the beaches and the center of Naxos. the only aspect that I would improve is privacy, because there are no barriers with neighboring houses, only a few plants, overall still beautiful holiday

Great location and amazing views

Perfect location overlooking the sea. The property is much smaller than what the pictures would have you believe. We were a family of six; a little snug, but there was enough bedding for all. The house has all the amenities. Backyard and pool area are amazing. It is about ten minutes from the main port of naxos. A car is a must. The location is quiet and serene yet very close to all the activities and the beaches. There is a small beach at a walking distance from the property. check-in was painless. David was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to eat.

pictures are misleading.

the property was very clean. there was a serious blockage in the bath drain that was very annoying until addressed by the property manager. the property is smaller than it seems from the photos. one can not at all fit two people in the smallest bedroom (unless they are small children) so the property only fits 7 comfortably. the bed in the smallest bedroom is not at all comfortable. the beds need mattress pads. property is well located, clean, just near a magnificent beach and with great views.

Picturesque Setting !

The villa is in the perfect location to explore the beauty of this incredible part of the coastline. You can hike everyday along breathtaking cliff paths or follow them to numerous beaches . The villa is comfortable and exactly as shown and David is an incredibly attentive and responsive host . Naxos itself is a wonderful addition to an island hoping iternary if you want to slow things down and enjoy beaches and sunsets on par with Hawaii or Caribbean. Also highly recommmend Naxos Yachting for the full day katamaran cruise - in summary - our stay at Stelida is simply wonderful ! Last word- you will need a car but navigation is super easy .

Fabulous villa visit

This villa was wonderful. It was in a great location with beautiful views and walking distance to a world class beach. The villa itself was large and comfortable for our family of 6. It was clean and bright and the furnishings were modern. The pool and grounds were lovely and quiet. David, our host was truly terrific. He met us at the airport and was very generous with his time to go over the villa and he provided detailed recommendations for activities and sightseeing on the island. We took a number of his recommendations and they were in fact great. We recommend the villa highly!

Family Vacation

Our family of 5 adults spent 9 days at the villa. It was spectacular. The view from the back yardwas stellar (literally at night!). Prokopios beach and the neighboring beaches were beautiful. It was nice to have such a lovely space to come to at the end of the day. Special thanks to David, who made the booking process easy and took great care of us while we were there! we will definitely return!

Fantastic villa in a perfect location

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks with 3 adults and 2 very young children. The location was great, being a six minute drive to Naxos Town. The villa has amazing views of the sunset and across to Paros. The villa is equipped with everything we needed and the owners provided a cot and high chair on request. We donated some nicer wine glasses and hope they get some good use! We recommend the villa highly. David, who manages the villa was always on hand over WhatsApp to help with any questions. Restaurant wise Meze 2 (Naxos town waterfront) and Axiotissa (Kastraki) came top.

Magical Stay

Everything about our stay at this villa was even better than expected! David and Jackamo arranged transportation from the ferry station for us and welcomed us the minute we arrived. David went over the entire map of Naxos and offered a multitude of suggestions on what to do in the area. The villa was absolutely stunning, clean, inviting, and conveniently located. Having the pool was an amazing bonus. The yard was gorgeous with all of the flowers and the sunsets at night were breathtaking. The AC worked very well as did all other features of the home. The owners of the home even had wine, water, and fresh fruit for us upon arrival. I will never forget this fantastic place. Thank you for leaving such a memorable impression in our hearts and minds.

Six great days at Naxos

We were two families (8 people) that had a great time at the house. 3 beaches near the house and the view is great. The house is very well equipped and David, who was our contact at our stay was very helpful. I think we will long for the time in the house when the winter arrive.
