With two levels of living space, multiple gathering areas, and a welcoming outdoor setup, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.

This home comfortably accommodates larger groups with a flexible layout designed for both convenience and privacy.

Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 10 Guests)
There are 5 bedrooms total, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Please note that bedroom spaces are on the smaller side and are best suited for sleeping and storage rather than extra floor space.

Main Level
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, private bathroom (stand-alone shower), walk-in closet, and private sliding door with patio access
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with lake-facing views
Bedroom 3: Full bed, located across from Bedroom 2 (non-lake view)

Lower Level
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with lake-facing views
Bedroom 5: Full bed, located across from Bedroom 4 (non-lake view)
Additional flexible sleeping: pullout futon on lower-level couch

Honest Note:
Bedroom spaces are compact. There is limited extra room for pack-and-plays, cribs, or additional floor sleeping. The master bedroom is the only space with enough room for larger baby gear or extras.

Lower Level Bathroom: Stand-alone shower + deep soaking bathtub
All bathrooms are stocked with essential starter supplies for your stay.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable, including:

Baking dishes, pots, and pans
Crockpot and pizza oven
Mixing bowls and hand mixer
Tupperware and storage containers
Dish towels
Standard drip coffee maker and Keurig

Laundry
A washer and dryer are located on the main level for guest use. A starter supply of detergent is provided; additional detergent is the guest’s responsibility if needed.

Lower Level Entertainment
The lower level offers a relaxed bonus space featuring:

Couch futon for flexible sleeping
Closet with games and additional items
Sliding doors with easy outdoor access
This level is great for games, lounging, or additional group space.

Guests provide their own firewood, charcoal, propane, and lighter fluid
