Within 5-10 minutes walk to all your local hot spots like the famous Ricks Cafe, and Push cart across the road and a 10 minutes drive to Seven mile beach there's never a dull moment in Negril.

The house offers three large spacious bedrooms & common spaces. The master bedroom comes with a spacious en suite, a large closet, 2x AC and three large windows for natural lighting and a ceiling fan. The second and third bedroom comes with AC and also has a ceiling fan with large windows .
The space
Guests are welcome to the entire property, kitchen, living space bathrooms and garden.

The property has free WiFi, hot water tea making facilities, a large back & front yard with baring fruits.

Washing facilities, and a wash area
Utensils for cooking and all you need to make yourself feel right at home.

AVOID! On our first night the power went out, and after some communication with the owner and on-site manager, it stopped dead cold and we were without power for about 15 hours. No generator was offered, no one would return our messages and we were miserable and all of our groceries that we bought spoiled. That’s just day one
the tip of the iceberg. It gets worse. The property listing is completely false and misleading. it clearly states that all three bedrooms have air-conditioning, but only two actually have AC. The third has some fans, but the windows can’t even be opened because there are no screens and bugs would fly in so we slept in hot, sticky, stifling conditions. One of our requirements when I booked the place was that every bedroom have AC. I brought this to the attention of the owner, and she completely disregarded the issue saying “there isn’t even a third bedroom “. WHAT?? The listing details each room! The issues continued - the lock on the front door broke the first day, we ran out of water after a few days, we ran out of gas for the stove after a few days, (they came and refilled both but it was still a pain), they provided a few rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag for six people staying nine days. I spent way too much time of my precious vacation dealing with one thing after another with the property and I’m completely disgusted at the lack of communication and accountability by the owner. Just terrible all around.

A home away from home but


I stayed at this property for 14nts with my family including my 7 month old daughter (6 persons in total). It was spacious and we had a comfortable stay with all the necessary home comforts of back home e.g. U.K. plugs, appliances such as kettle, microwave and washing machine. Pictures advertised of the property are true to life and doesn’t do it justice. We were also accommodated with an earlier check in time for which we were grateful for. Appliances were clean (microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle & stove), the house itself was clean but shower screens in both en-suite & main bathroom had soap residue and a pot which I wanted to use for sterilising baby bottles was rusty. We also experienced some niggling issues such as low water pressure despite having a roof water tank due to lack of water in the surrounding area we stayed - which should be noted is out of their control but it made showering & washing up longer when you are trying to be conservative with water consumption. In addition to this it made flushing in the main bathroom difficult at times. That being said, you do also get hot water. Two rooms (the en-suite and the orange room) are provided with AC however in the orange room the AC began leaking water which indicates it needs servicing. The property itself is safe and secure and there are only two other houses where it is located, so you don’t have to worry about noise from neighbours. The location is very close by to several attractions and a 10min drive from the Negril beach strip which is very desirable. We also enjoyed picking and eating apples off of the tree in the front yard and my aunt loved watering the plants on the veranda. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and if the water had not been a frustrating issue and the AC unit did not leak we would have given a higher rating and have been even more satisfied with the property and our stay.

Quick Stay in Negril

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and secure. There was an abundance of cookware, dishes and utensils to make meals in the large kitchen. The WIFI was super fast and there were plenty places to relax on the property. I would definitely stay here again.
