Little Waters Villa Negril is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa located along the Negril West End road famously known as `The Cliffs`. If you desire a private and secluded stay with your own private pool, Caribbean Sea access, cave pool, butler & chef at your service then this is the perfect villa for you. Little Waters has 3 well sized bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with 2 twins, each room has an en-suite bathroom.

This beautiful space is extremely inviting, as you walk in you are greeted by a turquoise swimming pool that invites you to dive in from the entrance foyer. The pool meanders around the villa hugging the corners. The living room is full of light with large windows and giant openings that take you onto the deck. From there you are surrounded by the full Caribbean Sea with multiple caves to explore.

All the bedrooms have views of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom is a glass clad observatory that opens up to a wrap around balcony and the ocean. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub that overlooks the sea, a separate rainfall shower, and double counter- top basins. The second guest room has also has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The third bedroom has twin beds, a double vanity bathroom and lovely rain shower.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Towering nearly 40-feet above the blue sea below, the Negril Cliffs provide a dramatic backdrop for any visitor setting their sights on the west end of this Jamaican destination. The stark stone stands in stunning contrast to the foliage and water that surrounds it, making it a beautiful place to come and enjoy the view. This neighbourhood is perfect for strolling up and down or riding a scouter as you will observe.

There are many restaurants and attractions in the area including the world famous Rick`s Cafe restaurant & bar, known for glorious sunsets, spectacular cliff jumping and great reggae - not to mention frozen cocktails. Further down the line is the Rock House Hotel & Push Cart Restaurant serving exquisite Jamaican cuisine and offering mesmerizing cliff views.

The town centre isn`t far where you will find international food chains, ATMs, supermarkets and the like.

We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.

FOOD & DRINK

When you book we will connect you with the Chef Delkia to plan your menu and drinks. The villa will purchase your first day of meals and beverages which need to be paid for when you arrive. Thereafter, you plan the rest of your meals and drinks provide payment, cash or credit card accepted but make sure to bring cash.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests)

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.
