Property looks refurbished and in good shape overall. Main problem arise from the staff. When arriving our luggage was dropped in the lobby for delivery to our room. It never make it to the room we got to retrieve it from the lobby and bring it to our room. Food quality and taste is very good, but most of the staff members do not greet your or attend your table. Most of the drinks are made for the server to provide them to you but they never come to the table, you need to ask them for service and then they get mad and provide mediocre service. I normally top great servers but none in this trip. Other issue around the property is the smoking of weed, is rampant everywhere even though they have designated smoking areas this is a total joke. On the maid said our rooms were not normally done, we put the request but the young lady assigned to our room was always mad, one day we requested towels to her and she got all mad and start yelling in Patois, she said she has not clean towels, fortunately a maid supervisor around was aware and she scolded the maid and went looking for some towels. On the room if you run out of soap good luck getting more, we got to use the hand soap last couple days. Mini Bar was supposed to be refilled every 2 days but that is not the case, it was fill every 3 days or more. On the positive side pools were very clean all the time, most of the bar staff very attentive. Beach is beautiful nice spot. Towels even when new are smelly.
