LIVING - Couch, two armchairs, ottomans, coffee table, games, smart TV. (Fireplace is NOT operational)

DINING - Dining table with seating for 6, coffee bar (Keurig and drip - K Cups, ground coffee, and sweetener provided).

BEDROOM 1 - King bed (Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom), luggage rack, closet, DOHM sound machine, and nightstands with lamps.

BEDROOM 2 - King bed, nightstands with lamps, DOHM sound machine, luggage rack, and closet.

BEDROOM 3 - Twin daybed with trundle, nightstand with lamp, DOHM sound machine, and closet with luggage rack.

BATHROOM 1 - Walk-in shower (master off of king bedroom).

OUTDOOR - Deck with dining furniture, area with fire pit.

**THINGS TO NOTE - The Cozy Cabin is located on a flat, gravel driveway. Additionally, there are two security cameras on the property mounted by the front door (overlooking driveway) and on the back door. All spaces inside and outside the house are very private and outside of camera range.

This property is DOG FRIENDLY with an additional fee/stay. No cats, fines may apply.

The cabin is perfectly located just off the Nelson 151 Brew Trail, making it the perfect spot for groups coming to visit the wineries and breweries in the area.

The cabin is also just 20 minutes from Wintergreen Resort. Kick back and relax on the large deck or on the patio by the fire pit.

This house was perfect for our party of 5 (plus one furry friend). The open floor plan was perfect for hanging out, the house was very clean, and the outdoor space was great for enjoying the afternoon sun. We loved the proximity to the wineries, breweries, and hiking. While the house is just off of 151, there was no traffic noise and the area is quiet and secluded. We have rented from Jamie and her team for several years and this was our favorite place so far!

This was our first visit to Nelson Cozy Cabin and it won’t be our last! The property owners were super responsive and helpful with any of our questions, the home was immaculately clean, it was pet friendly, and it had absolutely everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Best of all, it was centrally located to many local tourist attractions. We did our Nelson and greater Charlottesville area wineries and it was a perfect distance. We will be back! Thank you again!

The Cozy Cabin was a great place to stay. The house was clean, and cozy. We loved the firepit and enjoyed the slow mornings looking out at the mountains out front. The view was better than we anticipated! The cabin was great as we were traveling with kids, everyone felt comfortable. We enjoyed the slower pace, and put together some puzzles and played some games that were provided at the cabin. Overall this was a fantastic place for our family to say and enjoy, and we'd love to stay here again.

Nelson Cozy Cabin was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for my husband and I and our dog and another couple. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The outdoor area with a fire pit was nice to come back to after being out and about exploring the area. Loved the decor of the place and had very comfortable beds and linens. Bed pillows could be updated, but that’s on us for not bringing our own (we are picky about our pillows).overall would highly recommend this spot and hope to return!!

Very secluded

It was nice drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying the peaceful view outside! We only stayed one night to visit devils backbone brewery. After favorite 😍 for us. This house was only a few minute drive away.

Perfect for our family of 4. Property was nicely off the road and very quiet. Home appeared recently redone with nice fixtures and decor - Very, very clean and beds nice and comfy. Nice gas fireplace; would've liked couch and chairs to be a bit more comfortable for relaxing after busy day and watching TV. Only problem was unlocking door on our arrival, but owners quick to respond to call/text and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas getaway

This gem, is immaculately clean! I’m a clean freak and didn’t feel the need to clean and disinfect upon entering! Our family enjoyed the time spent together at this cabin. Our granddaughter said she had so much fun she didn’t want to leave. The coffee table in living area was perfect for family game time. Only suggestion I would make is adding a grill.

Great Mountain Getaway!
