Seascape Retreat - Magnificent 5 Bedroom Hinterland Home with Water views

Seascape Retreat is ideal for large families, multiple families or intergenerational families to share, as this sprawling three level holiday home has bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas on all three levels, ensuring everyone has their own space when desired.

You will enter the home from the middle floor. This level has an open plan lounge, with 65 inch TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen that flows out onto a large entertaining deck. The deck has a 10 seater outdoor dining table where you can relax and take in the fantastic hinterland and water views. On this level is the master bedroom with king sized bed, which opens onto the deck, has amazing views and an ensuite. Also on this level is the main bathroom, with bath tub and shower, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and doors opening onto the front garden. Keep the family entertained with the new home cinema which is a smart TV so you can watch the latest shows and movies on!

The top floor has a media room, with a 75 inch TV and sofa bed, which can sleep two children (upon application). There’s also a bathroom and bedroom with two long, single zip beds. Both the media room and bedroom open onto a balcony.

The lower floor features a huge second living area, with 65 inch TV, and a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a fridge. This area flows out onto another large deck, with outdoor lounges, all with views of the harbour and surrounding native bushland. There’s two more bedrooms on this level and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king sized bed, shares the tranquil views and opens onto the deck, and the other bedroom has two, long single zip beds.

Seascape Retreat has been styled and furnished in an elegant yet relaxed coastal style inspired by its seaside locale. The home is air-conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The single lock up garage is not available for guest use. An undercover carport is connected to the home with several car spaces on the driveway

CARS, BOATS & PARKING: The street is regulated with community by-laws. It is prohibited to park on the roadside and the end of cul-de-sac needs to remain a clear way. Maximum number of vehicles is 4.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 11 & 12 ($100), total maximum 10 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed upon application.

BOND a bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed (children only)$100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Guests please refer to your booking policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to ''visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property who are not registered.
