Surrounded by native bush and hill views and from the upstairs private lounge and deck area, you will enjoy an expansive view of the valley all the way to the sea!

This newly built home is a resort-style offering a luxurious swimming pool, large open-plan modern living and kitchen area. Enjoy basking in the sun on the outdoor furniture under the fully retractible louvres. Sun-downer drinks and morning coffees will be a pleasure on the upstairs deck while soaking in the peaceful surrounds.

**Special conditions & notes**:

> No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

> Young children - This home is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

> Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

> Spa and Swimming pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise..

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
