Children -

> This home is not suitable for young children.

> A maximum of two children over the age of 5 may be accepted on a case by case basis subject to agreement.

> If you have children over 5 and wish to book a stay here, please contact Holiday Nelson with ages and number of children so that we may confirm your booking in this property or offer other options if needed.

Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Stairs - This is a two-storey home with entry, living, kitchen, dining and powder room (half bathroom) on the main floor and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (including one ensuite) on the lower floor.

- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
