Quiet retreat

The location was perfect. We were centrally located to all the places we visited, but far enough away to get away from the busy tourism of town and relax. We could hear the stream out our window at night and the kids had a big yard that backed up against forest to play and explore. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a good night’s rest.

Just ride!

Nemo is a great little town, the 2 bedroom trailer house that I found for my 4 night motorcycle riding trip was very nice and was 1 of 2 that can be reserved. There were many other things to do in Nemo with ATV & horse trails also many near by small bodies of water. The Restaurant/Bar in town had 5 start food grear service and was a high light! I stayed my own but had family members who stayed in another cabin that was nice as well but was not as convenient or as close to town. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommended the area! Thank.

Great Vacation

My brother and I stayed here while we rode the trails around the area. The house was very clean when we arrived. The communication with the owner was good and we didn’t have any issues with accessing the house.

Excellent stay! Comfy beds, large enough space for what we needed. Horses right outside!!! My son LOVED seeing all the ATV's. Location was very central to all we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again!!

Property was clean and well kept. Supplied with plenty of towels and bedding for all, but a little disappointed that items for cooking, such as condiments, paper plates, cooking oil or spray, were not supplied like other cabins that we have stayed in have been . Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend to anyone who wants to fully unplug for a while.

Couples vacation

This property had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. We have rented homes many times and I would have to say I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. There was anything you could need for cooking and plenty of dishes. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant that was next door. This was a perfect setting for us, we enjoyed having a fire at night. We are thinking about coming back to go on the atv trails in the future. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place for Sturgis Rally

The place was super clean, comfortable beds, good AC, etc. This unit didnt have any covered parking for the bikes, but we'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The place is clean, well kept. Spacious. Great parking. Deck to relax. Comfortable beds, pillows, blankets. Spacious bathroom with lots of room to shower and get dressed and ready for a day of touring the sites! Easy to get to all attractions; Mount Rushmore, devils tower, deadwood! Sprint worked great. GPS was easy to follow to get to our tourist spots. Owner was great to communicate with! Would easily stay again!

Great stay in Boxelder Creek in Nemo.

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting the area. It was centrally located and we enjoyed the drive to Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore and Deadwood. No issues with the house or reservation scheduling and all was ready when we got there. Added benefit was there was deer in the yard almost every morning and also wild turkey hens with a large brood of hatchlings. One Hen had to have had 10 baby's and they wondered the back yard for a couple of hours.

Perfect location and base camp to explore the Black Hills

The location of this property was perfect if you plan to trek both north and south in the black hills, no more than 45 minutes to any of our destinations. It is located in a tiny town with a general store but hours are spotty so be prepared to pick up groceries and such when you are in one of the larger towns. It was a bustling town for a couple of days during the ATV Rally but when that was over it was very peaceful and quiet. The house was very clean and well-stocked. I was surprised to find laundry soap for guest use (totally unexpected and brought my own). It is not a luxury home by any means but for the price it was a good value and our family of 5 was quite comfortable there. If we we ever make it back to the Black Hills we would definitely stay here again!
