Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartment situated in a lovely quiet urbanisation “ Pueblo Mediterraneo” , only a 10 minute walk from Burriana Beach. The apartment features a spacious west-facing terrace, large private roof terrace with plenty of sunshine and a communal swimming pool to enjoy in the hot Spanish climate.

The accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a well-maintained building. Once inside the property comprises of the following:

Entrance hall, a well – equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron, mini dishwasher and all of the necessary crockery and utensils.

The living room comprises of a comfortable double seater sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, WIFI, AC and dining area. From the living room there is access to a west-facing terrace furnished with table and chairs ideal for dining al fresco and a parasol for some shade. From this terrace you can appreciate the evening sunshine and lovely views of Nerja.

There are two bedrooms: the first bedroom has one double bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds put together, built-in wardrobe, AC and sliding windows that take you to the west-facing terrace.

There are two full bathrooms in between the bedrooms, both are fitted with walk in showers.

In the living room there is a spiral stair case that takes you up to the stunning roof terrace, where there is a table and chairs, 4 sunbeds, parasol, BBQ and outdoor shower to cool off from the heat. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the sun all day, admire the lovely views of the town of Nerja and partial sea views.

The nearest supermarket is only a 5-minute walk (up hill) and Burriana Beach is 10 minutes away downhill, where there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants to choose from and a 15-minute walk to the town center.
