In the Heart of Nerja – Apartment with Private Roof-Terrace
Tucked away on Calle Carabeo—Nerja’s prettiest street and the pedestrian spine that joins the famous Balcón de Europa to the secluded coves of Carabeo and Carabeillo—this charming apartment blends history with modern comfort. Founded in the 16th century, Calle Carabeo is lined with former fishermen’s cottages turned stylish homes, buzzing with cafés, terraces, and a lively crowd. Here, Nerja beats with energy: bustling by day, sparkling when night falls.
Casa Pepa occupies the first floor of a lovingly restored house. Below, a popular pizzeria tempts passers-by; above, two apartments—each with its own private solarium—enjoy peace and privacy. Though the street hums with life, double-glazed windows, full air-conditioning, and a good cup of coffee ensure serene moments indoors while the festivities unfold outside.
The apartment, full of character and very comfortable, is distributed as follows:
Living–dining room: three-seat sofa, two chairs (+ two folding chairs in the bedrooms), coffee table that converts into a dining table, fireplace, balcony overlooking the street, A/C (hot - cold) and Smart TV with foreign channels.
Open-plan kitchen: vibrant blue-and-yellow palette, pass-through window to the lounge. Compact yet fully equipped: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, under-counter fridge-freezer, complete cookware and crockery, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Bathroom: spacious, with bath and beautiful tilework.
Main bedroom: 150 × 190 cm double bed, wardrobe, A/C (hot - cold).
