This two-story condo is located at the Riverside Condos is on the Guadalupe River and only moments from downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River and Schlitterbahn!! Enjoy 2 balconies overlooking the river, one off the master bedroom and the other from the living area.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2-and-a-half-bathroom condo can accommodate 8 guests and has all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with 2 barstools . The dining table has seating for 4. Main floor includes 1/2 bath, Kitchen, Laundry, Dining Room, Living Room, & Balcony. Upstairs are the Master and Guest Bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Master bedroom also boasts a balcony complete with patio table & chairs overlooking the amazing Guadalupe River. Just 1/2 mile up river, the Comal River converges with the Guadalupe River. River outfitters are numerous and will rent tubes or rafts and shuttle you back to your car.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Kick back with a glass of wine on the patio to relax and unwind after a day on the river. This complex has a pool, community charcoal grills and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe river. This condo does not have direct river access for tubing. There is a spiral staircase from the deck behind the pool to the rivers edge. They are adding a 2nd access to the river, but it is not complete yet.

Just a short drive to the Comal River! Rockin R tube rental company is less than 1 1/2 away!! Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Close to downtown New Braunfels, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. Dog friendly unit. 2 dogs under 40 lbs $25.00 per day, per pet. Breed specific. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
