Enjoy this fabulous newly built second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 4 guests located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! This second floor condo has a great patio with propane BBQ Grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon view. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. You can also take a dip in our pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.
The open living room/dining room is a great place to relax after a day on the River. The dining table has seating for 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. .Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Queen size bed in the master with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed (and a Queen inflatable air mattress in the closet) and is just steps away from the second full bathroom. All of the beds have premium sheets and bedding for a restful night's sleep and the bathrooms are fully equipped with all of the linens you will need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. This condo sleeps 4 in beds comfortably. You are allowed to bring 2 more guests if they do not mind sleeping on an air mattress. Relax on the riverbanks and watch the tubers float by, do some rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing or jump in the river right from your backyard. You can rent tubes and get shuttle service right next door at Rio Guadalupe Resort. This amazing condo has everything you need to have a perfect vacation.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands provided. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

This condo is on the second floor so the views are fabulous and it does have an elevator.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. WORD permit #L1364
