Die Waterwheel Condominiums liegen nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt von New Braunfels, der Schlitterbahn und nur 5 km vom historischen Grün entfernt. Diese schöne 2/2-Wohnung ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen! Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Twin-Size-Bett und ein Twin-Size-Rollbett mit eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Gästebad, das sich direkt daneben befindet. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Hochwertige Bettwäsche wird für alle Betten und Bäder bereitgestellt. Gehen Sie zum Fluss hinunter oder besuchen Sie Rockin 'R direkt nebenan, um zum Comal oder Guadalupe River gefahren zu werden, um den Tag zu schweben!

Rockin 'R River Rides wird direkt nebenan abgeholt und kann Gäste dazu bringen, zwischen dem Memorial Day und dem Labor Day den Comal oder den Guadalupe River zu treiben. Sie erhalten 2 Parkausweise und 6 Armbänder (maximaler Betrag).

Annual New Braunfels family vacation

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and our unit was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a place near the river and Schlitterbahn!

We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. It will be even nicer when the property next door is finished as the construction is an eyesore and quite loud early in the morning.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size. The three floating devises took up the whole pool.

The condo is clean, well appointed and beautifully situated. The balcony is very private with a view of the large green grounds facing the river where deer can be seen daily. New Braunfels Escapes is a great rental agency to deal with. Very professional and quick to respond to any issues you may have. However, over my three month stay there was only reason to contact them twice. I have booked this condo again for next winter. It’s like my home away from home.

There are nice shutters on the windows to keep the heat out and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed the Texas theme- it made us want to go out and enjoy the towns. We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. It was very easy and everyone we talked to we very nice and quick to reply. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
