The Space:

The living room serves as the heart of the home, offering a cozy gathering space to play games, share lively conversations, or relax with a movie or your favorite show after a day of adventure.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for culinary inspiration, featuring a stainless steel electric stove, butcher block countertops, and a spacious center island for meal prep and mingling. Share your delicious creations in the dining room, where a table for six invites you to savor meals and create lasting memories. For added convenience, a laundry room is also included.



Each of the two bedrooms features a TV and a private ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. The game room doubles as an additional sleeping area, complete with a full-size sofa sleeper, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.



Step outside into your private backyard oasis! Cool off with a swim in the sparkling pool, fire up the BBQ grill for a feast, or enjoy an outdoor meal at the picnic table. As night falls, gather around the firepit to toast marshmallows and share stories under the stars.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
