Nestled right in the heart of New Braunfels, this cozy escape puts you directly across from Schlitterbahn and just steps from the sparkling Comal River—so all the tubing, splashing, and waterpark thrills are practically at your doorstep.

Inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and welcoming space accented with fun raccoon-inspired décor. The room features two comfortable queen beds for restful nights, a handy kitchenette that makes it easy to prepare quick bites or morning coffee, and the added bonus of an in-room washer and dryer to keep your gear fresh for more river and waterpark adventures.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll love how easy it is to dive into all the fun. Outfitters for tubing are within walking distance, and the Comal shuttle makes getting around a breeze. And with Schlitterbahn’s famous rides just across the street, you’ll never miss a beat of the action.

Evenings are perfect for slowing down—relax on your balcony with a cool drink, or wander to nearby restaurants where you’ll find everything from casual bites to local favorites.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (4 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
--Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
