The main floor of Pinewood Retreat has loads of natural light and room to spread. Enjoy the cozy family room while watching your favorite show or warm yourself by the electric fireplace for those cooler autumn evenings. The fully stocked kitchen, with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, has everything you will need. Dining area can seat up to six as well as island seating for three. Open the new double French doors to the front deck for additional outdoor dining space that can accommodate up to six.
Three bedrooms on the main floor. Primary bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with two full beds. Full bathroom in hallway for these two bedrooms.
Kids and adults alike will LOVE the finished downstairs basement. Large flat screen television and sectional couch great for movie night. Have a friendly game of tabletop shuffleboard perfect for all ages. The fourth bedroom bunk room has two twin bunk beds over full beds along with twin trundles. Basement now has new full bathroom!
The large backyard features a new deck and lounge area perfect for soaking up the sun. Kick back and relax in the brand-new hot tub or roast some marshmallows around the fire pit (firewood supplied)! Prepare a delicious meal using the new gas grill to enjoy al fresco at the large outdoor dining table that seats up to ten. Just a short walk to sandy Sunset Beach, a private association Lake Michigan beach.
