- Property Layout: As part of a multi-unit home, your specific room may vary slightly from the photos, though all rooms maintain a consistent style. Access requires climbing stairs as there is no elevator. 🪜

- Pet Policy: One pre-approved pet under 50 Lbs is welcome!

- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited and carries a $250 fee.

- Maintenance: A brief mandatory monthly extermination service occurs building-wide. we will notify you in advance if access is required.

- Flexibility: Early check-in at 2 PM or late check-out at 12 PM is available for $50, subject to availability.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
