Note: The lower deck is exclusively for your use, but boat owners may walk through briefly to reach the dock. No access to the home, and it happens rarely.

This three-bedroom townhouse puts you at the edge of the water while keeping New Orleans' best neighborhoods within easy reach - a rare combination of calm and city energy that makes every stay feel effortlessly balanced.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to six guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a private bath, offering a quiet retreat after long days exploring the city. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third accommodates guests with full beds and a daybed with trundle - ideal for families or mixed groups. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage - including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - ensure comfortable, restful nights.
 
Kitchen & dining
Cooking and gathering come naturally here. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Frigidaire electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, and a Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, blender, hot water kettle, and a dining table make meal prep and shared dinners easy. The wet bar and open-plan dining area round out the space for effortless entertaining, whether you're mixing evening cocktails or sitting down to a home-cooked meal.
 
Living & entertainment
The open living area is set up for relaxation and connection. An HDTV with Roku and a collection of board games offer easy downtime, while high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a door provide everything you need for remote work or trip planning. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable through every season.
 
Outdoor living
Step out onto either of the two private balconies and take in panoramic views of Lake Pontchartrain and the marina. Below, a private heated pool - open 24 hours - and a hot tub invite you to unwind at any time of day. A private outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area make alfresco living a daily habit. A private boat slip offers direct water access for those looking to get out on the lake. Two driveway parking spaces and free street parking are available.
 
Bathrooms
The home includes 2.5 bathrooms stocked with essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Hot water is consistent throughout, and a bathtub is available for those who prefer a longer soak.
 
Family & convenience
Families are well catered for, with a Pack 'n Play available upon request (sheets provided), a paid folding or convertible high chair available upon request, baby safety gates, and babysitter recommendations on hand. An in-unit washer and dryer, drying rack, iron, hangers, a safe, and all essentials are included. Self check-in via smart lock ensures a smooth, flexible arrival. Security features include exterior cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cleaning is available during your stay. A laundromat is also nearby.
 
Location
Set steps from Breakwater Park and the marina, the townhouse places you at the edge of the lake while keeping the city close. The French Quarter, Superdome, and Frenchmen Street are all within a short drive - making this an ideal base for Mardi Gras, jazz festivals, and everything New Orleans has to offer.
