Experience the energy of New Orleans at The Eleanor, a vacation rental in the heart of downtown — just minutes from Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and Smoothie King Center. Whether you’re visiting for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, a concert, or just to enjoy the city's legendary nightlife, dining, and shopping - our location puts you steps from it all.

The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms offer a king bed and the fourth bedroom offers full/full bunk beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. One of the ensuites has a shower only and the other ensuites offer a tub/shower combo. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV, all with streaming abilities. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer and clothing steamer for use during your stay as well.

The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.

We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state of the art smoke alarm system.

The Eleanor New Orleans is a large-format style hotel located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available for assistance 24/7 during your stay.

While our hotel does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property.
Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) – 14.4 miles (approx. 20 minutes without traffic) – There are many Uber/Lyft/Taxi cabs at the airport that are readily available to bring you downtown.

The Eleanor is located on a streetcar line. Use the streetcar to get to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, City Park, Cemeteries and plenty of other areas along the way. We recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app and getting a Jazzy Pass for getting around the city.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.

Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement link will be sent to you immediately after booking.

The unit was very clean and very well maintained. My only issue was the excessive fee to check in early if the unit is ready. There also are quite a few homeless people that hang out close by. We did not have any issues but would not walk around the area late at night. The building is well secured and we would definitely stay here again

Nice Place but it is NOLA so be ready

Condo itself was very nice. Great beds, nice showers and kitchen. No curtains in main living space so it gets pretty brutal around 5pm. Street by property loud all night. Homeless population heavy around property but police station is nearby. Parking takes a bit to figure out. Suggest using the kiosk and not the app. Prepare for 20 to 30 a day. Pool looks a whole lot bigger in pictures. It is pretty small. Location is great for waking to French Quarter and WW2 Museum. Good eating spots close if you are done with the quarter.

I was impressed very clean i had a nice location to the elevator but the kitchen chairs was on the cheap side not good for a heavier person to seat to eat at the table also the sofa and chairs in the living room was abit low for so of my family member with knees and back problems they can't seat on the kitchen chairs because they were plastic they're plastic nice place but the chairs need to be replaced with better chairs but i still love it will stay again very friendly staff and shane the host was awesome and beautiful person great host i just love his personality he made my stay just beautiful i would stay here again. Love itreplaced with better chaseating

Family trip to New Orleans. Had a great time and the general location was excellent. The only complaint was that our unit was directly above a busy and at times loud street. The windows are single pane and transmits noise easily. Even people talking on the street. The unit was excellent and exactly what we needed for our family.
