This location and individual units are great. We had a large party and we were happy with the interior of the unit. It was clean and great. We did not enjoy the neighbors who rented the space above, as they had small children and they were not respectful of us. Very early in the morning (6a) children were jumping off beds and running across the unit above. We tried to talk to them about it and it continued. We were there for a birthday celebration and so needless to say in NOLA we were out late so an early morning of this was not pleasant. We did speak to the host about it were told they would address it, unfortunately we were leaving the next day very early so it didn't satify the experience we had already had. The outdoor space is set up great, all the amenties would be great if they were kept better. The pool was very dirty with natural leaves and bugs and appeared to not be regularly kept. There were leaves all over the turf area and the sitting furniture was not clean, several had bird droppings and stains from leaves and bugs. I was suprised to see a management office on the property with the outside area looking like this. I asked them to please clean the pool area one afternoon and they made a few swipes with a pool net and went back to their office. I would imagine a nice space like this someone would be blowing leaves and covering the furniture when not in use or bad weather. It did not appear that way.
