Our arrival and departure processes are contactless with the building and unit door codes being sent to you prior to arrival. A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your booking. A few days prior to arrival, you will receive a virtual check-in message to confirm your information prior to receiving all of your personal codes 3 days prior to arrival.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours).

Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

All Reservations require a signed rental agreement and virtual check in. Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.

* Must be 21 years of age to book. ID is required prior to check in.

NO GLITTER/CONFETTI. NO SMOKING. NO ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
