• Spacious and comfortable accommodations - 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. 3 king beds and 11 twin beds (2 of them are XL twins) sleep 17 people comfortably with additional air mattresses, sleeper sofa, and crib, if needed. One king bedroom and one full bath is on ground floor. Remainder of beds located on the second floor with one king bedroom featuring en suite bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower.
• Fully stocked kitchen equipped with all the cookware, bake ware, Keurig and coffee pot, and basic spices you need to prepare meals for large groups, ensuring effortless gatherings—all you need to do is bring the food! Enjoy your creations in the sunny dining room (table seats 12) or at additional dining spaces thoughtfully placed throughout the home.
• Two fully equipped game rooms for endless hours of entertainment. One game room on second floor features pool table, 75 inch smart TV, table for cards/games, children’s toys, comfortable furniture for lounging, and 3 twin daybeds with twin trundles. The second game room is on the ground floor - the attached 3-car garage has been converted to a heated game room featuring foosball, shuffleboard table, ping pong, darts, indoor mini-basketball, cornhole, 65 inch smart TV, couch, high top table and barstools, and refrigerator.
• A 40 by 18 feet in ground pool, 3.5 to 8 feet deep, is set at 86 degrees and is open May through October (weather dependent). A fence with a locking gate encloses pool. There is no life guard on duty; swim at your own risk.
• 6-person hot tub is open year round for relaxing under the stars.
• Fire pit (please bring your own firewood) and outdoor grill located on patio. Ample outdoor furniture for meals, conversation, and relaxing.
• Spectacular views, night sky star gazing, and stunning sunsets on 5 acres of private land for a peaceful retreat.

SLEEPING SPACES
MAIN FLOOR One bedroom with king bed and work station, full bath on the main floor (not connected)
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 1 - Master Suite - has a king size bed, en suite private bathroom with shower and extra large soaking tub. A chair folds out to a twin size bed in the master suite. A crib with linens and a pack and play are in the large walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and adjoins a full bath (tub/shower combo) that also connects to the hallway (to be shared with others)
Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each bedroom has two twin beds (one room has 2 XL twins), and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) is shared with these 2 bedrooms.
Loft area has one standard twin bed.
Game Room (2nd floor) has three twin size day beds and trundle beds (total of 6 twin beds) and queen sleeper sofa. This sleeping space is considered shared space in the listing.
Two air mattresses (1 queen & 1 twin) and their linens are available and can be set up in multiple locations.
Base rates are for up to 12 guests, each guest over that is $35/per person, per night. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests for an accurate quote.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house except the basement and detached garage which is locked.

The Neighborhood:
Liberty Hill Lodge is located on 5 acres of open space and is surrounded by farmland. There is only one other house within view at the top of the hill behind the house. The Lodge is located 2 miles from downtown New Philadelphia, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Amish Country & Atwood Lake is 20 minutes away, and Pro Football Hall of Fame (Canton,OH) is 30 minutes drive.

There are a few local transportation companies if guests want to visit the local wineries and breweries or have a personalized Amish Country Tour. All of them must be booked well in advance.

All guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon check-in.
Guests will be required to complete an ID Verification in order to secure the reservation (Air BnB excluded).
Nightly rate listed includes up to 12 guests, each additional guest is $35/per person per night (includes anyone over 2 years old).
We utilize a security system with automatic smoke & carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. 2 exterior Security cameras with audio monitor and record activity in the parking area and driveway/pool area.
Small well trained dogs are permitted with advance notice and permission. Pet fees of $150/dog per stay. Limited to 2 pets that already know each other.
