The Space:

The Ocean Outlook is a stunning coastal holiday home located in a prime tourist hotspot, just a two-minute stroll from the beautiful Fitzroy swimming beach. With easy access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, and windsurfing at the nearby beaches. The Coastal Walkway connects you to a vibrant area filled with arts, culture, and shopping opportunities.



Elevated to capture all-day sun and sparkling blue water views, this property combines quality with total comfort. The soft beachy vibe creates a relaxing atmosphere. The open-plan living area flows out to a sun-drenched deck, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine while watching local surfers. The stylish, well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine for your morning latte. Alternatively, you can stroll down to the beach in summer for a coffee at one of the pop-up spots along the walkway.

Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days. We fell in love, and you will too. The owners of this holiday home have created something extremely special, and you have the luxury of enjoying their special piece of paradise.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the CBD and Fitzroy village shops. Walk to town along the walkway or catch a bus along Devon Street
